Even though the New York Times wanted Tom Scott to win, the prestigeous prize was awarded to Chinese designer Qui Hao. "The designer created several pieces that will go on sale in famous French shop Colette. One of his pieces included a white tube dress with merino wool accents in the form of orbs. The award includes a $158,000 of which he will use to bring over to Paris. Hao currently works out of Shanghai but is angling to bring his brand of fashion over to Paris." Papierdoll Magazine

A dark knitted top is the base for this exceptional design, with many different and interesting textures. Big bold jewelry over a dark knitted sweater is very eye catching.
